The scientific research directions of the Department of Constitutional, International, and Administrative Law are developed based on the institutionally defined thematic areas of scientific research and the departmental theme, which is determined by the relevance of the problems that require development and the content of the curriculum of the disciplines taught by the department’s teachers. Specifically, the department’s team works on improving individual topics covered by the following scientific research themes: “Legal Issues of State-Building Processes in Ukraine” (scientific supervisor – Dr. Volodymyr Rozvadovskyi, Associate Professor, Reg. No. 0111U002648). Within this thematic area, scientific-practical conferences, seminars, and round table discussions involving practitioners are organized. Moreover, dissertations, monographs, educational guides, and scientific articles are prepared as part of the research conducted on this topic.
