He was born on April 20, 1979 in the village of Novoselytsia, Sniatyn district, Ivano-Frankivsk region.
From 1996 to 2001 he studied at the Law Institute of V. Stefanyk Precarpathian National University. According to the results of his studies he received a diploma with honors and a recommendation to enter graduate school.
As of 2019, he is the author of about 150 scientific and educational publications.

Research activities
The topic of the candidate’s dissertation “Principles of land law of Ukraine”. The dissertation was defended in 2006 in the specialized council of the VM Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (Kyiv) under the guidance of the corresponding member of the NAS of Ukraine, Academician of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Law, Professor VI Semchyk.
