Pursuing scientific work the teachers of the Department of Constitutional, International and Administrative Law take into account the theme of the institute and the department research. In particular their work is aimed at revealing the scientific issue ‘Legal problems of state-building processes in Ukraine’ (supervisor – PhD in Law, Associate Professor Rozvadovskyi Volodymyr Ivanovych, № 0111U002648). Within the framework of the research the task is to outline general tendencies and determine the main areas of theoretical substantiation and practical implementation of modern state-building concepts that characterize the development of Ukraine at the latest stage of its independent existence.
Thus researching state-building processes teachers take into account and respect the experience of predecessors and try to improve the institutions of state power and the legal system that will meet the needs of the society.
The study of modern approaches to state-building makes it possible to connect historical tradition with modernity; to make a forecast and model the prospects for the implementation of political and legal concepts; to establish a connection between historical political and legal concepts and the modern development of legal science and practice.
The teachers of the Department of Constitutional, International and Administrative Law regularly participate in the annual scientific conferences of our university and other universities. On the basis of their researches scientific and educational-methodical papers are published.
